The Dublin Theatre Festival will run from 27th September to 14th October 2012. The curtain will rise on a superb line-up of shows at various venues throughout the city.  From Shakespeare to Wilde to Wagner to Joyce and many more means that finding a good show will be no drama.

September 27th also marks Arthur’s Day, celebrating Mr. Arthur Guinness who in 1759 introduced his famous brew to the world.  Festivities will be high, with free live music events not just confined to Dublin.  It is a perfect time to enjoy a pint of the black stuff and to take a trip to Dublin’s St. James Gate to visit the Guinness Storehouse which has spectacular views of the city.
