world,
• To provide learning opportunities for young filmmakers.
• To identify films that tackle social issues or that could be used in an educational context.

The following process for submissions should be followed to ensure that the festival, which has grown significantly in size, is best able to process your entry.
You should submit this form electronically to robknoxff@btinternet.com. You should print off a copy of it which should then be printed and submitted with two copies of your film in DVD format to the following address

You are responsible for ensuring correct spelling and credits for the film. So please make sure that you fill this form in accurately. We will be cutting and pasting directly from this form into the festival programme.
We accept all genres, and we accept films of all lengths. By submitting your film you agree to the following;
• That your film may be shown at any of the Festival’s venues on any of the festival days.
• That you own the copyright of the film or you are authorised by the copyright holders to
submit the film.
• That you are authorised to use any music, archive footage or any other such material
that is contained within your film by the copyright holders. You may be required to provide written evidence of this.
The festival has a desire to remain free to enter, and free to attend. It is run entirely by volunteers, the youngest being 13, with the eldest a pensioner. We like to think that our endeavours will raise a bit of money for the Rob Knox Foundation whose aims are
• To advance the education of the public in general (and particularly among school children) in citizenship
• To advance in life and help young people develop their skills, capacities in particular those who wish to or are already participating in the Arts (including the theatre, film and television.
To these ends we ask that filmmakers consider making a donation on the following link.
