Tommy and Hunt are best pals. Besides not being romantically involved, they live on different sides of the tracks. Hunt is a kept man in posh La Jolla. Tommy lives in a sleazy rooming house in the inner city and seeks comfort in the arms of hookers. Hunt gets evicted by his lover and is forced to re-evaluate his life, including the relationship with his best pal.
