Award-winning Spanish tapas bar and restaurant, La Tasca, is reopening the doors to its Covent Garden restaurant after a revamp to its restaurant design and food and drinks menus, which now includes a range of sophisticated Spanish dishes and Spanish Craft Beer.
Since revolutionising its menu from 85% frozen produce to 85% fresh produce, La Tasca has seen a huge turnaround and recently recorded its highest sales figures to date. The significant growth has led to La Tasca completely relaunching the Covent Garden restaurant with a theatrical new design and revolutionary new menu.
The new design will reflect the restaurant’s stylish surroundings in the theatre district of Covent Garden, whilst remaining true to the Spanish style that the brand has become known for. The new menu will feature unique dishes such as “Smoked” Tomato & Goats Cheese Salad and “Secreto Iberico” Skewers, to rise up to the ever-competitive market in the capital.
La Tasca sources its authentic ingredients directly from Spain, which are delivered fresh into the restaurants every day, to give diners a true taste of Spanish cuisine.
