Essex born metallic quintet FOREVER NEVER will release their eagerly anticipated new single ‘One Life’ on the 20th November.
As the saying goes, YOLO, or ”you only live once”. Countless songs down the years have taught us that indeed we must make the most of the life we have as we only get one, so can Forever Never pull off the unthinkable & tell us something we didn’t already know? Err, no.
But where this sets itself apart from other entries in what we might call Now That’s What I Call Adolescence, is in sounding like it’ll be the most depressing thing you’ve ever heard & actually turning out to have a positive message. So, well done, I think- listeners can hold off on cutting themselves & hating their parents.
Unless of course that’s how you prefer to spend your days. They’d probably rather you didn’t, going by Renny Carrol’s recent comments on their return from exile-
“After a couple of years downtime we are absolutely delighted to be coming back in 2015! With brand new material, a new outlook and perspective, and a renewed fire in our bellies we can’t wait to get back out there. The time off has given us time to be truly appreciative for all the good stuff in life, so expect the usual FN heaviness but with an added extra dollop of positivity! It’s gonna be mega.”
If you happen to have acquired the taste for it, possibly………..
