Today Pixels release their debut single ‘Dust’. It conveys the electronic energy of the band’s live show together with the pop song sensibilities and melodies that have been gathering Pixels plenty of momentum in Liverpool. Described as a fusion of ‘an 80s inspired electro band and a current indie guitar band’, Pixels have managed to create that sound that keeps you coming back for more.

The release follows a busy year for Pixels. They played shows and festivals across the UK, including support slots for Friends, Fanfarlo, Lonsdale Boys Club and Alice Gold. The band performed two live sessions for Dave Monks’ BBC Radio Merseyside show and featured regularly in the Liverpool music press and blogosphere. Get in at the start!
