Thursday Till Sunday is a Chilean drama from London-based film company Day for Night. The film won the Tiger award at Rotterdam last year and had its UK premiere at London Film Festival. Told through the eyes of 10 year old Lucia, it tells the story of a broken family's final journey; a journey to the north of the country, and a journey to separation.
Young Chilean director Dominga Sotomayor has been hailed internationally as the next big thing and is putting South American cinema on the map with this debut feature: a fantastic, nostalgic and contemporary road-trip film.
Screenings are scheduled across the UK in April and May, with London screenings as the Cine Lumiere, South Kensington:
