Chef Rosie Llewellyn has been running A Little Lusciousness pop up supper clubs for over a year and is now the top rated chef on Grub Club. Her next event will be a fundraiser for the Nepal earthquake appeal.
This Nepal pop-up will be on Saturday 30th May and takes place in West london. She will be cooking a 4 course Spring flavoured feast for 20 people, more details of which can be found here.
Elderflower posset, rhubarb jam & honey biscuits
The menu is as follows, but can be changed for those with intolerances/allergies:
Rhubarb and elderflower fizz cocktail
Asparagus; sea trout; lemon mayo; hazelnuts; walnut bread
Lamb chump chop; belly fritter; baby gem; new potatoes, quails egg and caper salad; goats curd
Elderflower posset with rhubarb jam and honey shortbreads
British cheeseboard with salted biscuits and chutney
Homemade fudge and coffee or tea
Tickets are £35, including a welcome cocktail, 4 courses and homemade sweets and coffee and it’s BYOB.
